Services
Viking Appliance Repair provides repair and maintenance services for Viking appliances, including but not limited to ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, and microwaves.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Scheduling and Appointments
When scheduling a service appointment, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Be present or have an authorized representative present during the scheduled service time
- Provide reasonable access to the appliance requiring service
- Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule
We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled appointment window. However, due to the nature of appliance repair services, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
Pricing and Payment
Our service call fee covers the diagnosis of the issue. Additional charges apply for parts and labor required for repairs.
We will provide an estimate before performing any repairs. By authorizing repairs, you agree to pay the estimated amount plus any additional reasonable costs that may arise during the repair process.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks.
Warranties
We provide a limited warranty on parts and labor for a specified period after the service is completed. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Damage caused by acts of nature
- Normal wear and tear
To make a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viking Appliance Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Viking Appliance Repair and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
